Our Services

FinalBrush specializes in the design, creation, and installation of custom murals, wall art, wallpaper, decals, and panels for residential, commercial, and public spaces. All artwork is created by our team of professional artists and tailored to your unique vision and space.

Ordering Process

• Consultation: Request a consultation through our Site to discuss your project, style preferences, space, and vision.
• Proposal & Agreement: After consultation, we will provide a proposal outlining scope, pricing, timeline, and terms. Acceptance and deposit confirm your order.
• Design & Approval: Our artists will create custom designs for your review. You may request reasonable revisions as outlined in your proposal.
• Production & Installation: Upon approval and payment, we will produce and, if included, install your custom artwork.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, are specified in your project proposal. Payment is required before production begins. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers; we do not store your payment information.

Revisions & Cancellations

We strive for your satisfaction. Design revisions are included as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions or changes may incur extra charges. Due to the custom nature of our work, deposits are non-refundable once design work has started. Cancellations after production or installation may be subject to additional fees or forfeiture of payments already made.

Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain rights to any images, logos, or reference materials you provide. By submitting such materials, you confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions for us to use them in your project.
• FinalBrush Artwork: All custom designs and final artwork remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you are granted a license to use the artwork as installed or delivered. We may display images of completed projects in our portfolio or marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality & Privacy

We treat all project information as confidential. Personal information collected is used only to fulfill your project and provide support. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

Warranties & Limitations

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We warrant that all artwork will be created and installed with professional skill and care. Minor artistic variations may occur. We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling, installation by third parties, or environmental factors after delivery or installation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinalBrush and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data arising from your use of our Services or Site.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
